Eligibility: The applicant MUST be a paid-up member of the HKSEMR for not less than one year. Eligibility members can apply sponsorship twice per calendar year and that included no more than one overseas travel and conference attendance. Each sponsorship should be at least 6 months apart.

Admin charge: HK$100 will be charged for each application.
