Remarks:
- All bookings must be paid through PC TOURS AND TRAVEL and will be confirmed on first come, first serve basis.
- All the above room rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge.
- Hotel reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of appropriate payment.
- Confirmation of room category is subject t availability upon reservation.
- One night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required at time of reservation form should reach the Conference Secretariat before October 15, 2012
- Balance Payment of the total room charges will be required one month prior to arrival date.
- For any shorten of stay, written notice should be given to PC Torus and Travel two weeks before the new check-out date. Otherwise, cancellation charge will be applied.
