Registration
Participants have to register online with appropriate payment. Alternatively, participants may complete and send the registration form with appropriate payment to the Congress Secretariat. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the full registration fee.

Full Registration as a delegate entitles you to
- Submit abstract (s) for consideration for presentation at the Congress
- Attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

- Receive Congress Publications
Registration as an accompanying person entitles you to:

Form of Payment
Registration fee must be paid in either Hong Kong Dollars or US Dollars.
All Hong Kong cheque or bankdraft must be made payable to 'HKSEMR' and must show clearly on the back the details of the payment and the name of the participant. All bank charges are to be borne by the participant.
Please note that payment by credit card, only Visa Card and Master Card are accepted.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
All cancellations for Congress Registration must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will only be made one month after the Congress.
- Cancellation on or before October 15, 2012 (50% of registration fee is refundable)
- Cancellation after October 15, 2012 (No refund can be made)
Call for Abstract
Delegates are invited to submit abstracts for Oral or Poster presentation in ENGLISH. Please note that all abstract submission must be accompanied with the Registration Form and fees. Delegates should note that the deadline for submitting the Abstract is 3 September, 2012. Authors should indicate on the Abstract Form the preferred category of presentation (oral or poster). The Scientific Committee will review, select and allocate each accepted abstract to the most appropriate category of presentation and the decision will be final.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Accreditation

Letter of Invitation
The Organizing Committee will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This invitation is intended only to facilitate delegates' travel and visa arrangements. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support in any kind.
Passport & Visa
